No. 1013, Real Estate Agent License No. 517/E, registered office at 1 Vasileos Constantinou, Office 302, 8020, Paphos, Republic of Cyprus ("the Company", "we", "us").

6. No right of withdrawal for real estate transactions

Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (Article 3(3)(e) and (f)), and the Cyprus Law on Consumer Rights of 2013 implementing it, expressly exclude contracts for the creation, acquisition, or transfer of immovable property, and for the construction of new buildings, from the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to most distance and off-premises contracts. Submitting an enquiry through this Website does not give rise to a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
