3 Bedroom Villa in Tala, Paphos

Tala is one of the most sought-after hillside villages above Paphos, loved for its unhurried pace, open countryside and easy reach of both the city and the coast. On its quiet southern slopes, this intimate collection of fourteen private homes gathers around its own residential lane. Buyers can choose between single-level bungalows and contemporary two-storey villas, all with three bedrooms. The bungalows keep everything on one floor: a generous open-plan living and dining room, a kitchen with an island and a master suite with its own bathroom, while some layouts add a separate study, ideal for working from home. The villas devote the ground floor to sociable open-plan living and place the bedrooms upstairs, where a terrace catches the light. Every home has its own swimming pool, a private roof garden for long summer evenings, covered verandas, underfloor heating and parking for two cars. Natural stone, warm timber and floor-to-ceiling glazing tie the architecture to its Mediterranean setting, and an optional package adds solar power and smart home control. A rare chance to own a modern, easy-living home in one of Paphos' most charming villages.
