4 Bedroom Villa in Erimi, Limassol

Two individually designed villas complete a quiet corner of Erimi village, with Limassol, Kolossi and Kourion beach an easy drive away. The larger four-bedroom home sits on a generous plot: two lounges, a dining room and kitchen open onto a covered veranda, an open terrace and a long garden with room for a pool. The three-bedroom villa is built around an open kitchen with provision for an island bar, a dining area, a study corner, a covered entrance and verandas on two sides. Both have a guest WC downstairs and, upstairs, a master bedroom with en-suite plus a family bathroom. Behind the clean lines the build is solid: an anti-seismic reinforced concrete frame, graphite insulation on the walls and roof, double-glazed aluminium windows, a solar water heater with a pressurised system, and provisions for air conditioning, electric shutters and an automatic gate. Buyers choose their own tiles, kitchen, wardrobes and bathroom fittings within generous allowances. Each villa has covered parking, and the larger one adds an open space. Two distinct characters, one easy way of life — choose the one that fits your family.
