Innovative student accommodation project in the area of Aglantzia, Nicosia is situated right next to the University of Cyprus, the first and largest public University on the island. The project consists of 8 developments, 7 of which are residential with a total of 324 apartments, and 1 is commercial. The project complements the demand for student housing in the area of and the campus of the University of Cyprus. It is one of the largest developments with around 17,316m² of buildable area.
